FRANK SHALA

Frank Shala is a student at Valencia College, currently studying in the digital media program, with a specialization in journalism. He has been a contributor for the student-run newspaper at Valencia, Valencia Voice, for the past year and is working toward landing an eventual career in the sports reporting field.

  1. The only thing that saves Texas from being littered with coal plants is their historical oil base. ,

  2. Sentencing Circle Exclusions For purely punitive sanctions or where a tern of incarceration in excess of two years is realistic, the sentencing circle is not appropriate. ,

  3. The students then choose the project they want to work on. ,

  4. Some were written by youth and some by adults, each retaining their own style and world- view. ,

  5. Rather, I am concerned about young architects with high aspirations and fertile imaginations and a strong sense that the status quo is not good enough. ,
